Endeavour Energy, a state owned electricity infrastructure company, owns, maintains and operates the electrical distribution networks and is responsible for the safe and reliable supply of electricity to people in households and businesses across Sydney’s Greater West, Blue Mountains, Southern Highlands and the Illawarra.
Vision
To provide a safe, reliable and efficient electricity supply for the customers. The Company aims to deliver a $4.2 billion five-year program to build and maintain a significant part of NSW's electrical infrastructure. This includes building new substations and power lines and replacing ageing assets.

Company's governance is structured in line with the requirements of two statues viz. Endeavour Energy are Energy Services Corporations Act 1995 (NSW) and the State Owned Corporations Act 1989 (NSW). This governance model ensures the delivery of outcomes sought by their shareholders and adherence to financial and risk management practices.

Community Partnerships
The Company supports Australia Day and Power Quality and Reliability Centre at the University of Wollongong to contribute to social and business development initiatives in the communities they serve.
Blacktown Solar City
Blacktown Solar City is a $37 million project that is deemed to save 22 gigawatt-hours (GWh) of electricity, 24,900 tonnes of carbon dioxide and $3 million per annum on its deployment. The Company runs a number of programs as part of Blacktown Solar City.
IHD program
An IHD is a small, portable and wireless touch screen device that can track the impact of individual household devices on the electricity consumption, display it in an easy to understand format, in real-time and calculate associated costs over time. This helps customers to regulate their energy usage.
